Alexander Rossi Unveils New Line of Merchandise

LOS ANGELES, CA (June 19, 2017) – Alexander Rossi launched a new line of clothing and merchandise this week. The designs, which will be limited in release this summer, are inspired by both Rossi’s roots, and his new home-away-from-home.

“I wanted designs that were ‘Cali-inspired' in how they looked, but also Indy-related themes,” said Rossi. “California is my original home, but Indianapolis is my new home, and obviously a place that grew on me pretty quick.”

FORT WORTH, TX (June 10, 2017) – If “everything's bigger in Texas,” the Verizon IndyCar Series certainly delivered Saturday night with an incident-filled event at Texas Motor Speedway. With only eight of the 22 cars finishing the race, 12 of the non-finishing cars were forced out due to contact. Alexander Rossi was the first victim, taken out on lap 38 by the Ganassi Racing duo of Tony Kanaan and Scott Dixon.

"I went to pass Tony (Kanaan) on the inside of (Turn) 3, and then we were three-wide when Scott suddenly came up late on my inside,” said Rossi.  “There are two lanes here, but there aren't three. Tony turned down into me and pinched me down with nowhere to...

Tuesday, June 06, 2017 5:22PM

DETROIT, MI (June 4, 2017) – Alexander Rossi is the master at grinding out top ten finishes in the deeply talented Verizon IndyCar Series. When a small mistake in qualifying led to a P14 spot on the gird, Rossi battled back to finish seventh.

“(Qualifying) this morning really hurt because we went out on used tires for the one-lap shootout after the red flag, and that was the wrong decision," said Rossi. "So, we started 14th instead of towards the front."

Race strategy was in play, as the team spent the afternoon discussing options for climbing back towards the front for valuable points. Rossi sits seventh in the Championship, within digits of the top five.

Rossi Fifth in Detroit Race 1, Remains Fifth in Points

DETROIT, MI (June 3, 2017) – Alexander Rossi finished fifth in today's Detroit Grand Prix, and is fifth in points for the Verizon IndyCar Series Championship. Running in the top three during the race, Rossi fell back a couple spots after the off-strategy drivers were able to advance up the charts.

"We weren’t quite quick enough today," said Rossi. "The top four were on another level. I think our first stint on reds was strong, but on blacks we slowed a little bit in speed. Once those off-strategy guys squeezed past me, I just couldn't catch them."

Rossi qualified fourth this morning, in day one of a...

"The #98 NAPA Auto Parts Honda was great and we felt strong running up front today," said Rossi. "Unfortunately, we had one bad pit stop on lap 139 that dropped us back to 21st. Then we had to climb our way back through the pack."

"I'm proud to have come back all the way to P7 in just 50 laps or so," said Rossi. "The 500 is a long race and...
